Sailing with Geotraces teaches players about Sealife for scientists and the science behind methods of research aboard. The first includes 'Ocean Acidification', where players will learn about the different leaves of acid in various areas of the ocean and how it should not change. Secondly, 'Biopump' players will view how biology in different areas of oceans change based on the sample depth. Finally, 'Nutrients' test how different elements alter between different areas and depth. The players has access to watch optional videos in a website build to learn more about the various sciences within the game. This can also be found in the 'Main Menu' of the 'Computer Room'.
